Leucidal SF Max Powder is a revolutionary probiotic-based ingredient derived via fermentation of Lactobacillus utilizing a specified growth medium. Lactic acid bacteria, of which Lactobacillus is a member, are a popular choice in fermented foods, such as kimchi and sauerkraut. These organisms produce an acidifying effect that prevents the proliferation of other microbes, as well as antimicrobial peptides known as bacteriocins, enabling broad-spectrum protection. In the manufacturing process, lysozyme is added to increase the production of these antimicrobial peptides for optimized activity.

Suggested Use Levels: 0.5-1.00%
Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures not exceeding 89.6°F (32°C). Based on stability studies, the optimum storage temperature for maximization of shelf life is 73.4°-77°F (23 - 25°C). However, it may be stored at temperatures between 60.8°-89.6°F (16 - 32°C) if such specific temperature control is not available. Do not freeze.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture, properly stored, in a sealed container.
pH: 3 – 7
Formulation Notes: Incorporate into the water phase at temperatures lower than 70°C.
Common Uses: Suitable for O/W emulsions, W/O emulsions, and aqueous systems. Lotions, Creams, Moisturizers, Conditioners.
This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
