Refund policy

Returns 


Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that returns have not been tampered with so we do not accept returns once opened. Bulk Naturals Wholesale will replace the defective or damaged merchandise. If you received the incorrect product, we will gladly authorize the return and cover the shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all ingredients and products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. In the event of a damaged shipment, please take photos of the product(s) damaged as well as the inside and outside of the box and packing materialsFailure to do so can cause delays or claim denial. Once approved we will contact you with a resolution to the issue. 

 

Restocking 


Bulk Naturals Wholesale reserves the right to impose a restocking fee in certain situations. This fee will be applied under the following circumstances: 
 
Return Due to Unpaid Customs Fees:  

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept delivery, a restocking fee of 25% may be charged. This fee covers administrative and restocking expenses incurred as a result of the return. 
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or fees related to their orders. Refunds in such cases will be issued minus the restocking fee and the original shipping costs. 


Wrong Address: Please ensure accurate and complete shipping information to avoid return shipments and potential restocking fees.  Orders returned to our facility due to an incorrect address submitted by the customer will require the costs to re-ship the order to be paid by the customer.  We will notify you by email that your package has been returned to us, and give you the option of re-shipment or refund, minus our 25% re-stock fee and original shipping cost.  Returned orders outstanding longer than 30 days at our facility will be considered abandoned and returned to stock.
 
Refunds

Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis, according to the return and restocking policies above.  Exchanges will be made when possible.
