This liquid soap base is made from saponified coconut oil, without the use of detergents. It quickly foams and creates a rich lather. Unlike most liquid soaps, it does not contain harsh chemicals and instead relies on the natural properties of coconut oil to create a usable soap during saponification. In addition, it is versatile and has already been diluted to 60% water, requiring no further dilution for use as a shower gel, face wash, hand soap, bubble bath, or added to scrubs. It is also environmentally friendly as it is biodegradable.

Storage: Keep sealed as evaporation can cause evaporation and hardening into a thick paste.
Shelf life: Minimum 1 year when stored sealed in a cool, dry place away from light
This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
NOTE: Not recommended as-is for a shampoo since it might be drying. The addition of conditioning agents might be helpful, but stability tests would be needed to ensure the formula doesn't separate. Use unscented (as-is) or add your own Fragrance or Essential Oils at a ratio up to 1%. No solubilizer needed. Add color by using liquid colorants. The base has a slight yellow tint so be sure to first test for compatibility in a small batch. Percentage of carrier oils or additives that can be added must be tested. This is a cold mix formula, so no heating is required. Just add your scent and/or colorant directly to the base and shake well or hand stir with a spatula at room temperature.
