In addition, it contains over 243 bioactive compounds, including alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, terpenoids, steroids, fatty acids, proteins, minerals, and vitamins. The alkaloids in Sacred Lotus include Neferine, Liensinine, Isoliensinine, and Nuciferine, which are known for their healing, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, & anti-oxidant qualities.
It also has vitamin D2/D3, magnesium, selenium, silicon, potassium, calcium, iron, strontium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, manganese, and various other vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids such as L-dopa and Arginine that help with blood flow and the nitric-oxide cycle.
