Sacha Inchi oil is an exotic oil sustainably wild and harvested from the Amazon rainforest. It is unique because it contains a good mix of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 healthy fats and is one of the highest sources of omega-3 among plants at around 53% of its content. Omega-3 is useful for skin conditioning, to reduce inflammation associated with problems like acne, psoriasis, rosacea, and more. Because Sacha Inchi is high in Vitamin E it also works to protect from UV damage caused by the sun.
